I began my professional journey as a teacher and school psychologist, working for several years at public primary and secondary schools. At the Ecological Education Centre in Munich, I discovered my passion for ecology and sustainability in education. For nine years, I built up and led a montessori-school-network near Munich. Today, I contribute my experience to adult education, school founding initiatives, teacher training and public talks. I also support students individually with exam anxiety, time management issues, learning blocks and concentration difficulties. For five years, I worked with the Energy Agency of Ebersberg/Munich District, where I developed educational programs for the sustainable transformation of schools, daycare centers and other educational institutions.

In 2018, I founded bachmann-education as an independent educational organization, which I transitioned into the bachmann&bachmann GbR in 2022.

Since 2024, I’ve been working on the program “Climate School Bavaria”, aiming to trigger a social tipping point – together with schools that actively integrate sustainability and climate protection into everyday learning. My private passion: Upcycling – no material is safe from me, whether it’s wood, concrete, fabric or wire.
